• Each of our assignments, regardless of its purpose, includes five major elements:
• Needs Assessment to define the objectives, deliverables and diagnose the situation and skills gaps.
• Change Interventions to shift behaviours and results, including insight based learning opportunities.
• Reinforcement measures to sustain the change, aligned with current performance
• management systems.
• Measurement tools to evaluate change, measure key success factors and return on
•  investment.
• Transfer of competence to internal client to ensure long-term maintenance and cost-effective delivery to the organisation and/or individual.
