Gilly Rutherford MA, B.Ed, Adv Dip Psych

Gilly has a strong business background and extensive experience as a coach, coaching supervisor and facilitator. She takes a systemic approach to client work, focussing on client motivation and creativity. She believes that leadership and learning are inextricably linked. As a facilitator and coach she helps leaders learn and adapt so that they improve their own performance, the performance of others and, crucially, the performance of the organisation they work for.

Gilly also enjoys mentoring managers and leaders as they learn both the science and art of coaching while simultaneously developing their unique signature. She has qualifications in Counselling and NLP and is a qualified psychomatrician including ‘the Leadership Development Framework’ and the ‘Emotional Competence Inventory’.
Gilly is an accredited APECS Executive Coach



Angela Jopling M.Sc
Angela brings a unique blend of experiences to her leadership development and coaching practice. She has 18 years working with organisations in change and organisation design and development roles.– both internal and as an external consultant. She believes that clients hugely benefit from being authentic in the workplace, so she works with them on how to bring the whole person to their leadership roles.
Her work as a psychotherapist and counsellor helps in this. Angela has worked for a wide range of clients and undertakes not for profit work.
Angela is also a qualified psychomatrician and is qualified in the ‘Leadership Development Framework’, a breakthrough development tool for leaders and teams. She also offers coaching supervision.

Joella Bruckshaw
Joella brings her lateral thinking and incisive challenge to a well founded coaching relationship. When she has fully understood her coachee's motivation she works within the organisational context to help her client deliver maximum value to the company by achieving agreed targets linked to bottom line value.  Her work is informed by her long experience in facilitating groups and working with couples and individuals, combined with ten years of professional work in conflict resolution and the design and delivery of personal development and leadership programmes.
Joella has experience of all sectors by now works mainly with senior leaders in the legal sector, professional services, finance and the media.

Rob James MBE, MBA, PGCE, PG Dip Nuc Physics, MCIPD, MIMgt
Rob is an experienced leadership and management development specialist with an MBA and over 25 years experience of Organisation Development (OD) in both the public and private sector.  In the last 10 years, the principal focus of Rob’s leadership work has been improving business performance at individual, team and organisation levels. In particular, he has specialised in the behavioural aspects of developing leaders and senior management teams within the context of major organisational and cultural change.
This has ranged from small targeted interventions with CEOs and top teams as well as leading large scale consultancy assignments and major international roll-outs in leadership development and business transformation projects.  




Alison Sheridan BA
Alison has experience within commerce and industry, specifically within international banking where she spent eight years working in prestigious international organisations.
She is a professionally qualified Coach, with extensive experience in coaching senior corporate leaders & rising stars in top talent pools. Alison has a natural affinity for working with talented teams, who aspire to operate at the highest level and has successfully coached a range of CEOs, Entrepreneurs and Consultants from sectors including Banking & Finance, Healthcare, Leisure & Conference, Training & Recruitment.
Alison is passionate about remaining on the cutting edge of her industry. She designs & facilitates bespoke programmes for leaders and teams especially in the areas of emotional and relationship intelligence.





Keiron Gavin MBA, BA

Kieron brings an enormous amount of business experience to his role as consultant and coach/mentor. As an experienced international business leader in the commercial, public and not for profit sectors his past roles have included Trading Company Chief Executive and Head of Product Innovation, responsible for transforming products and commercial strategy and for leading all central commercial Directorates. Other experience included responsibility for employer and partner engagement with the government agency tasked with implementing a UK wide approach to skills across the UK.
Kieron helps business leaders undertake major transformation and achieve sustainable change and improvement. He provides insight to the leader and the business so both achieve the highest potential.
